    eSUN TPU-95A Filament for Flexible and Elastic 3D Printing

    eSUN TPU-95A is a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane filament for FDM/FFF 3D printing with Shore 95A hardness. The material is designed for parts that require elasticity, high resilience, deformation resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance and durability. TPU-95A is suitable for phone cases, dampers, gaskets, protective pads, flexible mounts, insoles, straps, shock-absorbing parts, footwear components, sporting goods, electronic parts, automotive prototypes, conveying pipeline elements and functional models that need to bend and return to shape.

    In eSUN content, the material may appear as TPU-95A or eTPU-95A.     How to Control Part Flexibility

    Even though the filament has Shore 95A hardness, the final flexibility of a printed part depends on model geometry and slicer settings. A thin wall with low infill will feel soft, while a massive part with many perimeters can feel almost rigid.

    3D Printer Compatibility

    eSUN TPU-95A in 1.75 mm diameter is compatible with many FDM/FFF 3D printers, but results strongly depend on the extruder design. The material prints best on direct drive printers with a short filament path. Bowden printing is possible, but usually requires lower speed, reduced retraction and very smooth filament feeding.
