General provisions
- The personal data processing policy is aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of site users, whose personal information is processed by the resource administration.
- The policy was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data".
- It contains information subject to disclosure in accordance with the law of Ukraine, and is a public document.
Information about the processing of personal data
- The processing of personal data is carried out on legal grounds to perform the functions assigned to it by the law of Ukraine, as well as powers and duties, to fulfill the rights and legitimate interests of the resource administration, its employees and third parties.
- The operator receives personal data from subjects using the site.
- The operator can process data both automatically and non-automatically using computer technology (PC) and without it.
- The processing of personal data includes: collection of information, its recording, systematization, storage, retrieval, use, transfer, blocking and deletion of data.
User data processing
- The administration processes customer data in accordance with the law of Ukraine.
- The site administration processes the personal data of customers in order to:
inform them about the appearance of new services, promotions and special offers;
to process applications from users of the resource;
conclude and fulfill the terms of contracts. - The site administration processes data with the consent of customers, which they provide themselves or their legal representatives through the implementation of conclusive actions on this resource, including filling out a feedback form, ordering a service, ordering a product, registering for an event, registering in a personal account, subscribing to information newsletters and etc.
- The site administration processes user data no longer than required by the law of Ukraine.
- The resource administration processes the following personal data: user's full name, date of birth, residential address, contact phone numbers and E-mail.
Personal data security
- The site administration appoints an employee responsible for the processing of personal data of users to perform duties in accordance with the law of Ukraine.
- Applies legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data of customers and protect them from illegal actions.
- Provides access to the Privacy Policy, which is located at the address of the site administration.
- Approves and enforces documents on the processing of personal data and other legislative acts.
- Allows employees to access personal data of users, as well as to their physical media in order to fulfill labor obligations.
- Establishes the rules for the use of personal data processed by the site administration, as well as registers and records all work carried out with them.
- Assesses the damage that may be caused to users of the resource in violation of the laws of Ukraine.
- Determines the threat to the security of personal data during their processing on the operator's resource.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure the security of customers' personal data.
- Conducts internal control over the processing of personal data in accordance with the adopted regulatory and legal acts of Ukraine.
Site user rights
Subjects of personal data have the right to:
- Receive personal data relating to this subject and information about their processing.
- Clarify, block or destroy personal data if it is untrue, incomplete, outdated or illegally obtained.
- Revoke permission to process personal data.
- Protect your rights and legitimate interests, compensate for damages and receive compensation for moral damage by applying to the courts.
- Appeal against the actions or inaction of the administration of the resource by contacting the relevant legislative bodies.
- Exercise your rights and legitimate interests by contacting the site administration, sending a written request or using the services of a legal representative.
