Instructions for use
- Before use: Shake the resin; make sure the platform and tub are clean.
- When printing: Open the lid and pour the resin according to the requirements. Select the correct printing parameters.
- After printing: Use post-processing tools (spatula, tweezers, container, gloves). For cleaning - 95% alcohol, isopropanol or lactic acid.
- Post-processing:
A. Remove the model with a spatula.
B. Wash in an ultrasonic bath or by hand, let drain.
B. Remove supports, polish and paint if necessary.
Safety measures
- Store the resin in a cool, dark place, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Optimal printing temperature: 18–35°C. If the resin is cold, heat it up (no more than 60°C).
- Mix well before use if the resin has separated.
- Do not leave the model in water for a long time after washing.
- After cleaning, it is imperative to carry out UV polymerization to achieve full strength.
- During polymerization, observe the following conditions:
- Intensity: 5–10 mW/m²
- Duration - no more than 1 hour or up to 1 hour in the sun
- Do not use high-power sources or mercury lamps close to
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
