Instructions for Use
- Before use: Shake the resin well. Clean the vat and build platform to ensure transparency and prevent contamination.
- During printing: Pour the resin into the vat according to the printer’s instructions. Select appropriate exposure settings for your model.
- After printing: Use tools such as scrapers, pliers, and tweezers. Rinse the model with water, ethanol (≥95%), or isopropyl alcohol. Ultrasonic cleaning is recommended.
- Post-processing: Remove supports, polish if needed, and perform proper UV curing using a Wash & Cure station or UV light source.
Precautions
- Store unused resin in a cool, dark place (18–35°C). Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.
- Do not preheat above 60°C. If pigment settles, shake or stir before use.
- Do not leave the printed model soaking in liquid for long periods.
- Always perform post-curing promptly to ensure full mechanical properties.
- Recommended UV curing:
- 5–10 mW/cm² LED or mercury lamp for no more than 1 hour
- About 1 hour in direct summer sunlight
- Avoid long exposure under high-power mercury lamps
