Hi-Speed PLA+ Filament for 3D printers
PLA for high-speed printing Hi-Speed PLA+ Filament is one of the specially developed filaments from a line of high-speed materials for 3D printing.
When printing at high speed, the rod is quickly fed into the fuser, and the polymer has very little time to go from solid to molten. This speed can cause clogging of the nozzles and poor quality of the connection between the layers. Hi-Speed PLA+ Filament has optimized molecular weight and tuned flowability, so it is able to achieve faster melting at the hot end and much faster cooling after exiting the extruder. This ensures that the surface quality of parts printed with Hyper Speed filaments is smooth and most of the sharp details are retained. Most importantly, due to its optimized molecular weight, Hi-Speed PLA+ Filament exhibits superior interlayer bond quality and Z-direction strength. Therefore, Hi-Speed PLA+ Filament can be used for concept models and figures, prototyping, etc.
