🧩 Description
Anycubic ABS-Like Resin 2.0 HD Gray 1 kg is a second-generation ABS-like photopolymer resin designed for strong, accurate and less brittle prints. The material combines fine detail, low shrinkage, good hardness, impact resistance and practical load resistance.
HD Gray is a dark technical gray shade that is especially convenient for engineering prototypes, functional parts, housings, brackets, architectural models, miniatures, figurines and prints prepared for painting. The darker gray tone helps inspect shape, surface relief, fine details and finishing quality before sanding, priming or painting.
✅ Key advantages
- 🔩 ABS-like strength: less brittle than many standard photopolymer resins.
- 🎯 High precision: suitable for models with fine details, sharp edges and complex geometry.
- 📐 Low shrinkage: helps preserve dimensions, shape and printed part geometry.
- 🛡️ Impact resistance: finished models can better withstand mechanical stress.
- ⚙️ Good hardness: suitable for prototypes, housings, brackets and technical parts.
- 💧 Good fluidity: spreads evenly in the vat and helps improve printing stability.
- 🌫️ Low odor: more comfortable to use, while still requiring ventilation, gloves and eye protection.
- 🎨 HD Gray color: a dark gray technical shade for engineering parts, models, surface inspection, priming and painting.

✅ 3D printer compatibility
Anycubic ABS-Like Resin 2.0 HD Gray is compatible with LCD, MSLA and DLP 3D printers that use photopolymer resins in the 365 - 405 nm range or 405 nm. Before serial printing, it is recommended to run an exposure test and calibrate the resin profile for the specific printer model.
Compatible with the following brands and series after calibration:
- Anycubic Photon series: Photon Mono, Photon Mono 2, Photon Mono 4, Photon Mono 4K, Photon Mono 4 Ultra, Photon Mono M5, Photon Mono M5s, Photon Mono M5s Pro, Photon Mono M7, Photon Mono M7 Pro, Photon Mono M7 Max, Photon Mono X, Photon Mono X2, Photon Mono X 6K, Photon Mono X 6Ks, Photon M3, Photon M3 Plus, Photon M3 Premium, Photon M3 Max, Photon D2, Photon Ultra.
- Elegoo: Mars, Saturn, Jupiter series.
- Phrozen: Sonic Mini, Sonic Mighty, Sonic Mega series.
- Creality: HALOT ONE, HALOT SKY, HALOT LITE, HALOT MAGE, HALOT MAGE PRO, HALOT R6 series.
- Uniformation: GK series, including GKtwo and GK3.
- Nova3D: Bene, Elfin, Whale series.
- Peopoly: Phenom, Forge, Moai series.
- Other LCD/MSLA/DLP printers supporting 365 - 405 nm or 405 nm photopolymer resins.
Compatibility depends on wavelength, UV source power, resin profile, exposure time, layer height, release film condition, vat condition, ambient temperature and correct build plate calibration.
Important: this resin is not suitable for FDM/FFF 3D printers because it is a liquid photopolymer, not plastic filament.
🔆 Post-processing
- Carefully remove the model from the build plate after printing.
- Remove supports with flush cutters or a suitable tool.
- Wash the model in 95% IPA for at least 3 minutes.
- For complex models, an Anycubic Wash & Cure station can be used for about 10 minutes.
- Dry the model completely before UV curing.
- Perform secondary curing for 3 - 5 minutes.
⚠️ Safety recommendations
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Work in a ventilated area.
- Use nitrile gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing.
- Avoid contact of liquid resin with skin and eyes.
- Store the resin away from sunlight and heat sources.
- Keep liquid resin away from children, pregnant women and pets.
- Do not pour liquid resin into drains.
- Fully cure resin waste with UV light before disposal.

❓ FAQ
How should HD Gray be interpreted?
HD Gray is a dark gray technical shade. In Russian and Ukrainian product names, it is best translated as dark gray / темно-серый / темно-сірий.
How is HD Gray different from regular Gray?
HD Gray is deeper and more technical-looking than standard Gray. It is suitable for engineering prototypes, housings, mechanical elements, models and prints where a stricter visual appearance is preferred.
Is Anycubic ABS-Like Resin 2.0 HD Gray suitable for functional parts?
Yes, it is suitable for functional prototypes, housings, brackets and test parts, but real loads, temperature and operating conditions should be considered in advance.
Can prints made with this resin be painted?
Yes. The dark gray shade is convenient for priming, painting and surface inspection before finishing.
Is exposure calibration required?
Yes. Official settings should be used as starting values, while final settings should be adjusted with an exposure test.
What should be used for washing prints?
95% IPA or a compatible cleaning liquid for photopolymer resin prints is recommended.
Is this resin suitable for an FDM 3D printer?
No. This is a liquid photopolymer resin for LCD, MSLA and DLP printers. FDM/FFF printers use filament.
