Anycubic Flexible Tough Resin Gray is a type of 3D printing resin specially designed to create flexible and strong parts with resin 3D printers. This resin strikes a balance between flexibility and strength, allowing you to print objects that can withstand bending and impact.
Here are some key features and specifications of Anycubic Flexible Tough Resin Grey:
1. Material Properties: Flexible Tough Resin is known for its flexibility, making it suitable for applications that require parts to be bent or compressed without breaking them. It has good elasticity, which allows it to return to its original shape after deformation.
2. Strength: This resin is designed to produce parts with high impact resistance and toughness. It can withstand stress and is less prone to cracking or breaking compared to standard resins.
3. Grey: Flexible, durable Anycubic resin is available in gray, providing a neutral and versatile option for your prints. The gray tint also helps visualize detail and surface quality.
4. Compatibility: It is important to make sure the resin is compatible with your 3D printer. Anycubic Flexible Tough Resin is specially designed for use with Anycubic LCD-based 3D printers such as the Photon series or the Mono series.
5. Post-processing: After printing, the parts must be properly processed. This usually involves cleaning the prints with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove uncured resin. In addition, the prints must be cured under ultraviolet light to fully cure the resin and achieve the desired mechanical properties.
It is worth noting that resin-based 3D printing may involve certain safety precautions such as proper ventilation, wearing gloves, and following the manufacturer's recommendations for handling and disposing of resin and cleaning solvents.
Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions and manuals for details on how to use Anycubic Flexible Tough Resin Gray with your specific printer model.

User Manual for Flexible Rigid UV Tough Resin
Tough Resin is a resin that is highly durable and can withstand bending and compression. It has good strength, elongation and can resist chipping, cracking and stress marks. Suitable for light curing equipment in the range of 365 ~ 405nm, and has the advantages of strength, low shrinkage, good detail and high print quality success rate. Therefore, it is suitable for parts requiring rigidity.
※Instructions for use under abnormal temperature conditions:
The resin is recommended for printing at an ambient temperature of 25~30℃. When the ambient temperature is within 15~20℃, we recommend users to increase the exposure time by 30% from the default setting and reduce the platform lifting speed by 30%.
1. Precautions of Flexible Tough Resin UV Tough Resin
- Shake the resin bottle/package until well mixed before each print.
- Check for obvious wrinkles/damages on the FEP film. In this case, replace the FEP film.
- Check for obvious dirt/excessive solid residue on the surface of the LCD screen. If so, please clean it before printing.
- If the resin has not been used in the 3D printer for more than 3 days, it is recommended to filter the resin with a filter funnel after stirring the resin evenly into the liquid tank, and then pour it back into the resin tank.
- Locate equipment in a well-ventilated area and wear masks and gloves while working. These PPE can effectively protect the wearer from tar and its odor. An air purifier is recommended for a more sensitive group of users.
- When clear/white resin printed parts are exposed after curing, their surface is more prone to yellowing compared to other colored parts. To avoid this, the post curing time can be
reduced accordingly.

*Data provided by Anycubic Labs and is for reference only.
*Different print settings and post-processing processes will result in
different results. If you have any problems while printing, feel free to
contact Anycubic for support. We will try our best.
*Reference processing parameters are suitable for the factory
calibrated energy state of specific equipment. Print option
must be adjusted accordingly if the UV power setting has been changed.
3.Support recommendations for slicing software setting
- It is recommended to use Anycubic Photon Workshop or CHITUBOX or Lychee (slicing software for other compatible devices) for slicing. There is a good chance to successfully print common parts if you support settings based on the following tips. We generally recommend that customers try Medium support. from the beginning, as shown in the picture below for quick setup support.
- It is recommended that the depth of the embedded part of the support ≥0.5mm and the clearance of the support ≤3mm.
- If the sectional area of the printed part is less than or equal to 30% of the processing area of the 3D printer, the "Medium" + "Light" combination can be used to complete the support design; if the sectional area of the part
≥ 30% equipment processing area, the combination of "Medium" + "Heavy" can be used to complete the support structure.

*Print size ≤ 30% of the processing area of the equipment, supported by the combination of "Medium" + "Light".

*Print size ≥30% of the equipment processing area supported by the combination of "Medium" + "Heavy"
4. Cleaning parts
- It is recommended to use 95+% ethanol/IPA or other effective resin cleaning solvents to remove resin residue from printed parts.
- Do not soak parts in cleaning solvent for more than 30 minutes. If the solvent is used for a long time, swelling and damage may occur.
soak. - After parts have been cleaned, use a blower/air gun to remove any remaining cleaning solution on the surface of the parts.
- For complex parts with many cavities, multiple surface cleaning/drying cycles can completely clean parts.
- Check if there is any residual resin left on the surface of the model. If so, please wash it again and dry it again.
