Anycubic PLA Silk Dual Color Red Blue Filament
✨ Description
Anycubic PLA Silk Dual Color Red Blue Filament AHSC13 is a 1.75 mm decorative dual color PLA Silk filament with a bright Red Blue color combination. It is designed for FDM 3D prints where strong color contrast, silky gloss, gradient visual effect and premium surface appearance are especially important.
The combination of #E63888 and #003594 creates a shifting visual effect when the model is rotated: one side shows a vivid red tone, while the other side reveals a deep blue silky highlight. This effect works especially well on sci-fi models, robots, figurines, statues, souvenirs, logos, cosplay parts, art objects, decorative housings and presentation prints.

💡 Printing Recommendations
- Use a stable nozzle temperature within 210-240 ℃ for a clean glossy silk like finish.
- A higher nozzle temperature or slower printing speed can increase the smooth high gloss silk effect.
- For decorative models, a layer height of 0.16-0.2 mm is recommended.
- To make the dual color effect more visible, orient the model so that visible outer walls reveal both sides of the filament.
- Dry the filament at 55-65 ℃ for 6-8 h before important prints if the spool has been open for a long time.
- Store the spool in a dry place and seal it after use.
❓ FAQ
Is this filament suitable for beginners?
Yes. PLA Silk Dual Color is suitable for beginners and is easier to print than PETG, ASA or TPU. Correct nozzle temperature, print speed and model orientation help achieve a better red and blue silk effect.
What nozzle temperature is recommended?
The recommended printing temperature is 210-240 ℃.
What bed temperature is recommended?
The recommended heated bed temperature is 55-56 ℃.
Is an enclosed chamber required?
No. An enclosed chamber is not required for PLA Silk printing.
Can I use it with Creality, Bambu Lab and Prusa printers?
Yes. It can be used with compatible 1.75 mm FDM printers that support the required temperature range.
Should I dry the filament before printing?
Drying is recommended if the spool has been open for a long time or if extrusion becomes unstable. Use 55-65 ℃ for 6-8 h.
How is Dual Color different from standard PLA Silk?
Dual Color contains two colors in one filament strand. During printing, the model gets a shifting visual effect depending on the viewing angle and the orientation of the part on the build plate.
What models are best for Red Blue?
Red Blue is especially suitable for sci-fi models, robots, figurines, souvenirs, logos, decorative prints, cosplay elements and models that need a bright red and blue visual accent.
