Anycubic Tough Resin 2.0 Clear 1 kg is a clear tough photopolymer resin for LCD, MSLA and DLP resin 3D printers. It is designed for strong, flexible and accurate prints that require improved resistance to bending, impact and mechanical stress.

Compared with ordinary standard resins, Anycubic Tough Resin 2.0 helps printed parts become less brittle and more resistant to damage. The Clear version is especially useful for technical prototypes, decorative models, housings, light-related elements, display samples and parts where visual inspection of internal geometry or a transparent effect is important.

The resin combines high flexibility, impact resistance, strong elongation at break, low shrinkage and accurate detail reproduction. It is suitable for functional parts, engineering prototypes, R&D samples, thin-walled elements, fixtures, architectural models and objects with complex geometry.

🖨 3D printer compatibility

Anycubic Tough Resin 2.0 Clear is compatible with LCD, MSLA and DLP resin 3D printers that use 365-405 nm / 405 nm UV curing. It works especially well with Anycubic Photon series printers, but it can also be used with compatible resin printers from other brands after proper calibration.

For stable printing, run an exposure test, check build plate adhesion and adjust layer height, lift speed, bottom exposure and normal exposure according to the printer, vat film and UV light power.

Important: this is a liquid photopolymer resin. It is not suitable for FDM/FFF filament 3D printers.

🧰 Instructions for use

  1. Shake the resin bottle well before use.
  2. Clean the resin vat and build plate.
  3. Check the transparency of the vat bottom and the condition of the release film.
  4. Make sure the printing parameters match your printer.
  5. Print in a recommended environment of 20-35 ℃ to reduce temperature-related failures.
  6. Pour resin into the vat without exceeding the maximum fill line.
  7. After printing, remove the model from the build plate, remove supports and wash the model.
  8. Clean the model in an Anycubic Wash & Cure machine or another compatible washing system.
  9. Dry the model by air-drying, blow-drying or using a drying chamber.
  10. Perform final UV curing.

🛡 Safety recommendations

Use the resin in a well-ventilated area. Wear nitrile gloves, safety goggles and a respirator if needed. Avoid skin and eye contact with uncured resin. Keep liquid resin away from children, pets and pregnant women. Fully cure resin waste with UV light before disposal.

Is Anycubic Tough Resin 2.0 Clear suitable for beginners?

Yes. It is suitable for users with basic resin printing experience. For stable results, calibrate exposure, shake the resin well before use and follow proper washing and final curing recommendations.

How is Clear different from Gray or Black?

Clear is the transparent version, which is better for visual, decorative, display and technical models with a clear or semi-clear effect. The Tough Resin 2.0 series keeps its focus on flexibility, impact resistance and low shrinkage.

Will the printed model be fully glass-clear?

The final transparency depends on wall thickness, model orientation, print quality, washing, sanding, polishing and final coating. For maximum clarity, additional polishing or clear coating is often used after printing.

Can I use this resin with non-Anycubic printers?

Yes, if the printer supports 365-405 nm / 405 nm photopolymer resin. For other printer brands, exposure testing and calibration are recommended.

Do I need to wash the model after printing?

Yes. Wash the printed model in 95% IPA for at least 3 minutes, dry it thoroughly and then perform final UV curing.

Is this resin suitable for functional parts?

Yes. Tough Resin 2.0 is suitable for functional prototypes, small technical components, brackets, housings and parts that require improved resistance to impact and bending.

Is this resin suitable for FDM printers?

No. This is a liquid photopolymer resin for LCD, MSLA and DLP resin printers. FDM/FFF printers require plastic filament.
