Instructions for Use
- Before printing: Shake the resin thoroughly. Clean the resin vat and build platform for optimal UV exposure.
- During printing: Pour the resin into the vat and set exposure parameters according to your printer model.
- After printing: Use gloves and tools to remove the model. Rinse in ≥95% isopropyl alcohol. Ultrasonic cleaning is recommended.
- Post-processing: Remove supports, polish if needed, and cure thoroughly under UV light for up to 1 hour.
Precautions
- Store unused resin in a cool, dark place (18–35°C). Avoid direct sunlight and overheating.
- Do not heat above 60°C. If thickened by cold, gently warm it before use.
- Stir well if pigment has settled.
- Do not soak prints in alcohol too long. Remove promptly after cleaning.
- Always perform UV post-curing after cleaning and drying to ensure maximum performance.
- Recommended UV curing:
- 5–10 mW/cm² LED or mercury lamp for no more than 1 hour
- ~1 hour under direct sunlight (summer)
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high-power mercury lamps
