WHAT IS A CLEANING FILAMENT?
The cleaning filament* is not intended for the production of 3D objects. The purpose of this filament is to clean the print heads and remove material residue from previous print jobs in the nozzle.

CLEANING FILAMENT - BENEFITS
Cleans the Print Head: When switching between different filaments or colors, the Cleaning Filament is ideal for pre-cleaning the nozzle of old residue.
Productivity: You can get by with one roll of cleaning floss for quite some time. For one cleaning you will need only 5-15 cm (depending on the pollution).
CLEANING FILAMENT - DISADVANTAGES
Temperature must be set: There is no standard temperature for cleaning floss. The printing temperature is completely dependent on the previously used filament.
WHEN TO USE A CLEANING FILTER?
You should use cleaning filament from time to time to maintain your HotEnd. It is important to use cleaning filament when you change media and the new filament requires a different print temperature or is a different color than the previously used filament.
