Description gingiva resin gingival red 0.5kg

Artificial Gingiva Resin PioNext PN-GM Gingival Red

Artificial Gingiva Resin PioNext PN-GM Gingival Red is a UV curable resin for 3D printing artificial gingiva and flexible simulated gingiva models in dentistry. The material is designed for producing soft gingival fragments, demonstration models, adaptation checks, and dental restoration tasks where elasticity, shape stability, and natural color are important.

Features and Benefits

  • Excellent elasticity
  • Natural gingival red color
  • Low shrinkage
  • Smooth surface
  • Good material fluidity
  • Good molding stability
  • Aging resistance
  • Wide compatibility with LCD and DLP printers
  • High printing accuracy
  • Suitable for flexible simulated gingiva models

Applications

  • Artificial gingiva models
  • Dental models
  • Dental restoration applications
  • Functional gingival defect fragments
  • Adaptation check models
  • Demonstration and laboratory dental models

Compatibility

The material is compatible with LCD and DLP equipment. According to the manufacturer presentation, FDA and NMPA certification is in process, so the material should be treated as a dental model resin rather than a material for direct application on the human body.

UV Post Processing Recommendations

Device Wavelength Light Intensity Recommended Time With Curing or Without
UV02 365 + 385 + 405 nm 100 % 10 - 30 s Yes

These values are starting points only. Final settings should be adjusted according to the printer model, resin temperature, room conditions, model geometry, and the required softness of the finished part.

Workflow

  1. Scanning and modeling
  2. 3D printing gingiva models
  3. Post processing and model finishing
  4. Adaptation check

Post Processing

  1. Clean the model with absolute ethanol or isopropanol using low frequency ultrasonic cleaning.
  2. Do not use high frequency cleaning and do not scrub the model to avoid damaging the surface.
  3. Remove residual liquid from the surface using air or a hair dryer.
  4. It is recommended to remove the main supports before final post curing and remove fine support marks after curing.
  5. Additional curing time should be adjusted according to the selected post curing mode.

Storage

Store below 25 C in a place protected from light. Do not leave the material under sunlight, in a humid environment, or near corrosive substances. Shelf life is 18 months.
