Digital Jewelry Process
- 3D model printing
- Model processing
- Wax tree assembly
- Gypsum injection
- Vacuum process
- High temperature dewaxing
- Casting
- Taking out and polishing
Post Processing
- Clean the printed model with absolute ethanol or isopropanol.
- Low frequency ultrasonic cleaning can be used.
- High frequency or high power ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended because it may damage the model surface.
- After cleaning, remove all remaining liquid with air or a hair dryer.
- The main supports should be removed before final post curing.
- If needed, additional UV curing for about 5 minutes can be applied.
Storage
Store below 25 C in a place protected from light. The material is sensitive to visible light. Shelf life under proper storage conditions is up to 18 months.
