Description anycubic high speed resin 2.0 clear 1 kg

Anycubic High Speed Resin 2.0 Clear 1 kg

💎 Anycubic High Speed Resin 2.0 Clear 1 kg is a clear high-speed photopolymer resin for LCD, MSLA and DLP resin 3D printers. It is designed for faster printing of prototypes, display models, transparent housings, technical samples, decorative parts and models that require a clear visual effect.

The material combines low viscosity, fast curing, stable detail reproduction and convenient post-processing. With a viscosity of 75-85 mPa·s at 25 ℃, the resin flows back into the printing area more efficiently after each platform lift, helping reduce print time on compatible resin 3D printers.

Clear color is useful for models where visible internal geometry, light transmission, volume, shape or decorative transparency is important. After washing, drying and proper UV curing, printed parts can be sanded, polished, coated with clear varnish or tinted with transparent dyes to improve the final visual result.

🚀 Product Description

Anycubic High Speed Resin 2.0 Clear is a transparent photopolymer resin for users who need both high print speed and a clear visual effect. It is suitable for display models, transparent prototypes, housings, decorative parts, light-transmitting elements, mockups and parts where internal structure or volume should remain visible.

The low-viscosity formula helps the resin return to the printing area more quickly, which is especially important for large models and parts with larger layer cross-sections. It helps reduce waiting time between layers and works well with modern monochrome LCD/MSLA printers using optimized high-speed profiles.

Clear resin requires more careful post-processing than gray, white or black resin. For a cleaner transparent result, avoid excessive washing, dry the model completely before UV curing and control the final curing time. Sanding, polishing and clear varnish can improve the visual transparency of printed parts.

💎 Practical note: the Clear version is useful for transparent housings, display models, decorative parts, light-transmitting elements, technical prototypes and models that benefit from visible internal volume.

✅ 3D Printer Compatibility

This resin is compatible with LCD, MSLA and DLP resin 3D printers using photopolymer resin in the 365-405 nm range or standard 405 nm UV curing. Before production printing, run an exposure test and adjust the profile for your printer.

🛠️ Instructions for Use

  1. 🔄 Shake the resin bottle thoroughly before use.
  2. 🧽 Clean the resin vat and build plate.
  3. 🔍 Make sure the vat bottom is transparent and the release film is not damaged.
  4. ⚙️ Verify exposure, bottom layers, layer height, lift speed and retract speed in your slicer.
  5. 🌡️ For stable results, use the resin at a temperature above 20 ℃.
  6. 🧴 Pour resin into the vat without exceeding the maximum fill line.
  7. 🧼 After printing, remove the model from the build plate, remove supports and wash the part with 95% IPA.
  8. 💨 Dry the model completely before final UV curing.
  9. 🔆 Post-cure at 405 nm. For clear models, avoid excessive curing time unless required.
  10. ♻️ Filter used resin through a 100-mesh sieve before returning it to the bottle.

💎 Tips for Clear Resin Models

  • Do not overwash the model in alcohol, as this may make the surface matte or dry-looking.
  • Dry the model completely before post-curing, especially inside recesses and hollow areas.
  • For a cleaner transparent effect, use progressive sanding, polishing or clear varnish.
  • Run exposure tests: overexposure can reduce clarity and increase yellowing.
  • For thicker clear parts, increase post-curing time gradually to avoid overheating and unnecessary yellowing.

🧯 Safety and Storage

  • 🧤 Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection.
  • 🌬️ Work in a well-ventilated area.
  • 🚫 Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.
  • 🌑 Store the bottle tightly closed, away from sunlight, heat and UV exposure.
  • 👶 Keep uncured resin away from children, pregnant women and pets.
  • 🧴 Do not pour uncured resin or contaminated cleaner into drains.
  • ♻️ Fully cure resin waste with UV light before disposal.

❓ FAQs

Is Anycubic High Speed Resin 2.0 Clear suitable for fast printing?

Yes. It belongs to the High Speed Resin 2.0 series and is designed for accelerated resin printing on compatible LCD, MSLA and DLP printers.

Will clear resin look exactly like glass?

No. Without additional post-processing, clear photopolymer parts may have slight haze, visible layer lines or a subtle tint. For a cleaner transparent effect, use careful washing, complete drying, controlled UV curing, polishing or clear varnish.

Can I use this resin for housings and technical parts?

Yes. It is suitable for clear housings, covers, display parts, prototypes and technical samples, but final strength and fit should be verified with a test print.

What should I use to clean printed models?

Use 95% IPA, then dry the model completely before UV post-curing.

Can I use it with Elegoo, Phrozen or Creality HALOT printers?

Yes, if the printer supports 405 nm photopolymer resin. Exposure testing and profile adjustment are recommended before production printing.

Is this resin suitable for FDM printers?

No. It is a liquid photopolymer resin for LCD/MSLA/DLP printers, not a plastic filament for FDM/FFF printing.

Why can clear parts become yellowish?

Yellowing can be caused by excessive exposure, long post-curing, high UV intensity or improper drying. For clear parts, tune exposure and curing time gradually.
