Important: compatibility depends on wavelength, UV power, resin profile, exposure time, layer height, release film condition, vat condition, ambient temperature and build plate calibration. This resin is not suitable for FDM / FFF 3D printers because it is a liquid photopolymer, not plastic filament.

🧪 Printing Recommendations

  • Shake the bottle thoroughly before use to distribute pigment and resin components evenly.
  • Clean the resin vat, build platform and check the transparency of the release film.
  • Make sure the release film is not damaged and the build plate is calibrated.
  • Recommended working temperature starts from 20 ℃. At low temperature, resin becomes more viscous.
  • Do not fill the resin vat above the maximum level.
  • Use proper model orientation and sufficient supports for functional parts.
  • Do not leave printed models in alcohol for too long after washing.

🧼 Cleaning and Post-Processing

  1. Remove the printed model from the build platform using a scraper.
  2. Remove supports with flush cutters or another suitable tool.
  3. Wash the model in 95% IPA or a compatible resin cleaner.
  4. Dry the model thoroughly before final curing.
  5. Post-cure with 405 nm UV light for about 3 min.
  6. Filter remaining resin through a 100-mesh filter before reuse.
