2pcs nFEP Film Anycubic Photon M3 Premium 10.1″ NFEP PFA 315 x 210 mm is a set of replacement release films for the resin vat of the Anycubic Photon M3 Premium resin 3D printer. The film is installed at the bottom of the resin vat and works as a transparent release layer between liquid photopolymer resin, the LCD screen and the printed model.
During resin 3D printing, every model layer is formed through the transparent film at the bottom of the vat. The condition of the nFEP PFA film affects layer release stability, model surface quality, print accuracy, LCD screen safety and overall printing success rate.
nFEP PFA film offers low release resistance and good optical transparency. It is suitable for regular printing with 405 nm photopolymer resins and should be replaced when worn, cloudy, scratched, punctured or when it loses proper tension.
The film comes with protective film on both sides. Before installation, both protective layers should be removed, and the film should be fixed in the vat frame with clamping screws. Installation should be done carefully, without folds, misalignment or contamination.
