Kobra 3 Combo-X-axis motor adapter replacement guide

Tip: To facilitate the replacement of the X-axis motor adapter, you can first raise the X-axis aluminum profile. 

 

1. Tools

●S2.0 Allen key

 

2. Disassembly steps:

Step 1: Turn off the printer

Before replacing the nozzle wipe silicone assembly, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation. 

Step 2: Disassemble the X-axis motor adapter

①Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the housing and remove the housing. 

 

②Unplug the wiring plug connected to the adapter board. 

 

③Separate the X-axis motor housing and the adapter board. 

 

3. Installation steps

Step 1: Install the adapter board

①Insert the new adapter board into the X-axis motor housing. 

 

②Reconnect the wiring plug connected to the adapter board. 

 

Step 2: Install the X-axis motor housing

Use the S2.0 Allen key to install the fixed motor housing.
