Precautions
When the machine needs to be disassembled for inspection, it must be checked with the power off.
Tools
S2.5 Allen key*1
Tweezers (metal)*1
Avometer*1
Solution
Step 1: Preliminary inspection of the machine
1. Check if the Z axis of the machine is returning to zero normally.
2. Check if the Z axis motor of the machine is stuck.
3. If none of the above conditions exist, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 2: Check the Z-axis motor harness (the following steps require power off)
1. Please check whether the Z-axis motor harness is connected incorrectly or loose.

Step 3: Remove the Z-axis motor harness
1. Unplug the Z-axis motor harness

Step 4: Test the Z-axis motor rotation
Method 1: Use a multimeter to measure whether the wiring harness is normal. Set the multimeter to the beep position and test the Z-axis motor line.

2. Set the multimeter to the beep position and test the connection of the springs at both ends of the Z-axis motor line. The sound should be normal.

Method 2: Test with tweezers (metal)
Use metal tweezers to touch the 5-pin terminal wire, test the A-B group and the C-D group, and rotate the Z-axis coupling left and right at the same time to observe whether the coupling has a slight sense of sticking. If both the A-B group and the C-D group are slightly stuck, the Z-axis motor line is normal.

Step 5: Measure the Z-axis motor
Method 1: Use a multimeter to test
Set the multimeter to the beep position and test the continuity of the A-B group and C-D. If a sound is heard, the Z-axis motor is normal.。

Method 2: Test with tweezers (metal)
Test the A-B group and the C-D group, and rotate the Z-axis coupling left and right at the same time to observe whether the coupling has a slight sense of sticking. If there is a slight sense of sticking in the tests of the A-B group and the C-D group, the Z-axis motor is normal.
