CODE:10119 Y-axis homing failed, please check the Y-axis motor and drive.

1. Notes:

When you need to disassemble the machine for inspection, you must turn off the power to check.

2. Tools used:

S2.5 Allen Key*1

Tweezers*1

Multimeter*1

3. Solution:

Step 1: Preliminary inspection of the machine

1. Check whether the machine Z axis zeroing is normal.

2. Check whether the machine Z axis motor is stuck.

3. If none of the above conditions exist, please follow the steps below to check.

Step 2: Check the Y-axis motor cable (the following steps require power off)

1. Use an S2.5 Allen Key to remove the screws on the back cover of the motherboard.

2. Check whether the Y-axis motor wiring on the mainboard is loose.

Step 3: Remove the Y-axis motor wire

1. Unplug the Z-axis motor wire harness.

2. Remove the Z-axis motor cable from the clip.

Step 4: Test the Y-axis motor line

Method 1: Use a multimeter to measure the Y-axis motor line.

Y-axis motor line sequence diagram, test according to the position in the picture, adjust the multimeter to the beep position, test the connection and disconnection of the springs at both ends of the Y-axis motor line, and make a sound normally.

Method 2: Test with tweezers (metal)

Insert one end of the Y-axis motor cable into the Y-axis motor, and use the other end to measure and test the A-B group and the C-D group. Rotate the Y-axis motor left and right at the same time to observe whether the coupling has a slight sense of sticking. If both the A-B group and the C-D group have a slight sense of sticking, the Z-axis motor is normal.

Step 5: Measure the Z-axis motor

Method 1: Test with a multimeter

Set the multimeter to the beep position and test the continuity of the A-B group and C-D. If a sound is heard, the Z-axis motor is normal.

Method 2: Test with tweezers (metal)

Test the A-B group and the C-D group, and rotate the Y-axis motor synchronous wheel left and right at the same time to observe whether the Y-axis motor synchronous wheel has a slight sense of jamming. If there is a slight sense of jamming in the tests of the A-B group and the C-D group, the Z-axis motor is normal.
